TocadoThis wine with a strong red ruby dress with dark purple reflects, differs itself by an intense bouquet of ripe fruit on a basis of floral notes. Its large and balanced mouth of red ripe fruit and spices, typical for the Grenache variety harvested at the right maturity, offers us a velvet wine with elegant tannins and a perfect mixture finishing with a complex and persistent ending.
ZarihsSince 2001 winemakers, Australian Chris Ringland and Spaniard Jose Luis Chueca have been in collaboration to show the best of what can be produced from the terroir of Campo de Borja. Zarish has combined the two passions and souls of these men as Chris brings his love of Shiraz from his working with the grape at his Australian properties and Jose Luis bring his life long knowledge of the soil of the Moncayo. Bodegas Borsao is proud to release Zarihs - Syrah by Borsao. Zarihs is full bodied with a plush, soft structure. Flavors of dark berries dominate with wild blackberries, dried plums and notes of espresso all integrated beautifully.
BerolaIntense cherry red color. Remarkable aromatic complexity with memories of black fruit and balsamic and toasted touches. Warm and gentle in the mouth, with soft but persistent tannins in perfect balance with the alcohol.

Loads of almost floral notes jump from the glass of this fragrant, deep ruby/purple wine. It is medium to full-bodied, showing good spice box, licorice, blackcurrants and black cherries. It is a sexy, seductive, luscious wine that should drink well for another 2-4 years. The winemaking is impressive and the values that emerge from here are mind-boggling.

Opaque purple. Sexy, expansive black and blue fruit and spicecake aromas pick up woodsmoke and mocha nuances as the wine opens in the glass. Sweet mulberry and cassis flavors are nicely concentrated and lively thanks to a jolt of juicy acidity that contributes definition to the back half. Closes with slow-building tannins and very good persistence, leaving a hint of smokiness behind. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks this wine was aged for ten months in 60% French and 40% American oak.

Black cherry, plum, black olive and clove flavors mingle in this harmonious red. Light tannins and lively acidity keep this balanced and focused. Graceful. Drink now through 2018. 5,000 cases made. –TM
