Chinon Moulin Chapître

Aromas of red fruit and just a touch of smoke on the nose. In the mouth the wine offers ripe, rounded tannins. The fact the vines are old is evidenced by the concentrated and rich mouthfeel, without however the wine losing the typical freshness that is the true characteristic of Cabernet Franc. The finish is long, fresh and balanced.

Chinon – 89 points, Wine Spectator

“Fresh, with a racy chalky edge guiding the light-bodied mix of red currant, bay leaf and olive notes along. Drink now through 2020. 1,500 cases made. –JM”

Muscadet de Sevre et Maine

Intense aromas, on the nose and in the mouth, first fresh, then revealing a heady mix of apricot, ripe peaches and the scent of flowers.

Muscadet – 90 points, Wine Spectator

“This has a plump core of lemon and white peach framed by good zip, with chamomile and sel gris accents along the edges. Finishes with a creamy feel. A bit atypical for Muscadet. Drink now. 3,000 cases made. –JM”

Les Glories Sancerre

Pale yellow color with a fruity and citrus nose. A pure Sancerre with incredible freshness and minerality. It has a good depth, lovely, citrus fruit, and a classic flintiness on the nose and palate.

Les Glories Sancerre - 91 points, Wine Spectator

“Lively, featuring a bright verbena streak racing through, with white peach, chamomile and gooseberry notes. A subtle flint edge adds cut to the finish. Drink now through 2020. 3,500 cases made. –JM”
